1. Services Offered

We provide in-person consultations for dental implant procedures. Our offer includes:

A free consultation, during which your dental health and implant options will be reviewedA required panoramic X-ray for $110 (normally $350)Advanced full-mouth restoration options using All-on-5 or All-on-6 implant protocols (not All-on-4)

Consultations are available Monday–Thursday from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Friday appointments are by request only and require office confirmation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By submitting a request, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. Communications & Consent

By submitting your contact information, you agree to receive:

related to your dental consultation and implant treatment options. You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to text messages.

4. Insurance Disclosure

only accept PPO insurance

plans. We do

accept HMO or Medi-Cal plans.

All treatment plans are subject to a full evaluation by our dental team. Results and timelines vary depending on your dental condition and personal health history. No specific outcome is guaranteed.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including logos, before-and-after photos, and written material, is owned by First Dental Implant Center and may not be reused without written consent.
